Bright light without room for bugs to collect
I have had these solar lights to light the end of my driveway for a couple of years now. They work well even in the cold winter, which affects my other decorative solar lights. They are perfect for providing a great amount of light, whereas the decorative ones are just that, (in my opinion) "decorative". Also, the globe design doesn't allow any bugs to get into the light unlike the experience I've had with many of the decorative ones. I highly recommend these for lighting a walkway, etc.

good product with poor packaging
Packaging is so pity without an instruction, and the plastic dome feels fragile that I dared not to try hard to unscrew it. But unlike previous solar lights we have used for years, there is a switch inside this one. As a result it never turned on. I bought two more to check if I got a lemon. After getting the same result, I returned the last two but kept the first one for daytime because I really liked the design. I bought another brand with an instruction from which I learned about the new switch feature. After confirming the first one actually working, I bought back more units. They look nice during the day. At night there are several full moons in my backyard. With the first full charge they lit through three nights despite the sun was behind raining clouds constantly during all those days. The product itself deserves five stars.
