Very good fan - don't let the low price fool you
I was leery because the price seemed too low for a quality product, but the associate said I could get a refund if not satisfied. Instructions are clear. Construction is top quality - e.g. the brackets have seats that fit into holes in the blades to ensure a tight fit with no wobble. Very quiet fan.
Only negative - the included LED bulb is 800 lumens / 60W equivalent, which isn't very bright. The globe was small and the bulb was also smaller than a standard bulb (though the socket was standard). Luckily I had a bigger globe I could use (from the previous fixture) and can use a brighter, standard-sized LED bulb.
