No Wonder They Don't Offer Returns on Used Items
I bought this with the expectation that mowing with this would be much harder than with an electric or gas-powered mower but this item is impossible to mow with unless you have a small, completely flat lawn with no foliage whatsoever. The smallest twig stops the entire mower from moving forward and is incredibly difficult to remove so you can proceed. The collection bag catches most of the trimmings but if you hit any sized bump the cheap plastic clips that hold it to the mower will come off and just dump all your trimmings. I used it once and the mower has already dulled and rusted.

Good if lawn is only grass
I bought this not expecting it to get stuck on everything in the lawn that was not grass. E.g. unseen twigs. It does not cut weeds woth tough stems and the bag does not hold grass.

Not as pictured. Good product for the price.
A good purchase for the price. However, it is not exactly as pictured and clipping catch bag is difficult to deal with. There is actually no way to secure it as shown with the strap that goes up to the handle. It does work nicely otherwise.
