My green works lawn mower just stopped working. It about 5 years old. Batteries are fading quickly. Do I have any warranty on the machine and batteries?
Hi George S 770. Thank you for your question. Greenworks offers a 4-year manufacturer's warranty on all our 80V products. This is a lithium-ion battery and does not degrade during storage. It will degrade with use over time like any other battery. The rate of degradation depends on how well the battery is maintained. We suggest looking at battery options if your product is still in good working condition. We hope this information helped!

La différence ultime entre les plateformes 24V, 40V, 60V et 80V est la tension. Plus la tension est élevée, plus l'unité est puissante. Toutes les plates-formes conviennent parfaitement à un usage résidentiel.

L'autonomie d'une batterie dépend de l'appareil dans lequel elle est utilisée et de la charge agissant sur cet appareil (vitesse, terrain, hauteur, densité, etc.). Quant aux deux batteries de 80 V 2,0 Ah qui viennent avec cette tondeuse, dans les condition optimales, vous pouvez généralement vous attendre à recevoir une autonomie totale d'environ 30 à 40 minutes.

Does this charge both batteries at the same time?
Hi 5star. Thank you for your question. No, this is a single 80V battery charger. Greenworks does offer an 80V dual-port charger which can charge two batteries at once, please see the model number 2958602AZ available directly from Greenworks. We hope this helped!

A great piece of modern battery technology
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mower about a month ago. It is very easy to assemble. 80V battery is as powerful as a gas mower. And 5.0 Ah makes it faster to charge. I am really satisfied with this product. The self propelled option is also very easy to turn on and off.

I hate this mower when I try to go backward the wheels lock up. I have tried stopping the mower and pushing it forward, but the wheels still lock up. This has to be the stupidest thing Greenworks has done.

Poor Battery 🔋
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product couple weeks ago and tried it for the first time with full charge battery but it died half way through the process. I had to wait until I had the power again since I had to charge it again to use it. Company advertised stating you can cut half an acre with single charge which isn’t true. I’m pretty sure I will be returning this product.

80v of quietness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this approximately a month and have used it to cut the heavier spring growth. I got the self propelled 80v with a 5 ah battery on sale and I am happy with the choice for the most part. Its not as powerful as my old gas mower but its close enough. I dont think it will be as big a part of fall leaf pickup as my old gas mower which had much more lift and suction, but thats fine too. I have about 10k sq ft and I push the mower for the exercise, but nice to know self propelled is there. With me pushing for 50min I have 1 light left on the battery meter. Whether this is 30 more seconds or 15 minutes I do not know as it hasn't run out. Pretty happy with the purchase but i'm going to run the other one dry, buy a cheap carb off the internet and keep it just in case. Note: if the mower had a turbo button, i dont think the leaf stuff would be an issue, but the model i chose doesnt have that.
