The picture online shows 2 identical 80 V batteries - is this correct?
Hello Rowen - Kit includes one 2.0 AH battery and one 4.0 AH battery.

Do you need to use both batteries at the same time?
No ~ just one battery and you’re good to go. I guess the second is a spare, in case power runs out while it is in use. The second battery means you can swap in the fully charged battery and continue cutting the grass on your palatial estate.
