Weak PSI and low GPM
Weak pressure and the GPM flow is very low compared to our 2900 gas washer Better off staying with gas powered until the manufacturers improve the products. I don't think we're there yet for this product line.

Constantly Leaks Oil
I purchased this 2 months ago to replace a gas power washer. I ordered it on line from Rona. When it arrived the box was heavily oil stained. I rang Customer Service and reported this as I was concerned about using it seeing as how much oil had come out and I suspected it may have drained from the pump. The customer service person went to speak to a tech and came back and said “nothing to worry about, it is just the protective spray that is put on to protect the machine from rust, and they must have been too liberal in applying it". Not sure I understood why it was necessary to protect it from rust, but I used a cloth to thoroughly dry the machine. I have now used it 4 times and on each and every occasion oil has dripped from the machine onto the deck I have been power washing! It drips under the machine it is not evident until you move it and then see it on the ground. First time it happened I assumed that I had not dried it properly, but this has continued. (I have taken photos) Once on the ground/patio it has been hard to remove and I now have some areas that have brown stains. I am about to ask Greenworks to either replace or refund my money. If you order this machine and it arrives in a box, check for signs of oil. If present do not accept delivery and return it.

broke in minutes
I ordered this from the Lowe's website & received it fairly quickly. I have been slowly upgrading all my yard & shop tools to battery powered & was excited to finally have an electric power washer that had enough pressure to actually be effective. I hooked it up, ran water through the system for 3 to 4 minutes to ensure there was no air in the hoses or pump. It worked fantastic for about 2 minutes before the pressure completely died even though the pump was still running. I checked all the hoses for debris & tried everything to make it work but it wouldn't. I contacted my local Lowe's but they wouldn't exchange it because it's a "online only" product so I proceeded to call the Lowe's customer service line & they said they couldn't help me & I'd had to go through Greenworks custom service. I called Greenworks & was on hold for over an hour on Saturday morning before getting frustrated for wasting my morning & hanging up before I even talked to anyone. This is absolutely garbage customer service! Lets hope they get back to the emails I have sent. I spent $500 on a non functional washer & my deck & concrete looks terrible for mothers day.
