Most of the specs seem to be incorrect. Width and Depth measurements seem to be reversed? Height doesn't include the trellis? Are the volume (soil) numbers correct?

Hi, can someone please advise on the measurements.
After receiving the 4 that I ordered, the dimensions are right but the planting capacity or soil capacity are wrong. They are being returned. I spoke with customer service and they were willing to refund me $50 on a $450 order. These are not worth $100 each.

Is that the right measurements they have on there it looks a lot bigger than 9.84 high and wide seeing as it says 29 deep

cheaply made - didn't last through one summer
we bought two of these at the beginning of the summer and by mid summer, they had both warped so badly that the boards came off the frame.

Will not hold 141 cubic feet of soil.
I ordered 4 of these after contacting the online chat and was told they were 6’x2’x7’. They are not. The measurements in the specs are more accurate (other than the volume).
I called customer service and though the person I spoke with was trying to be very helpful, she could only get her supervisor to authorize a $50 refund. I was hoping for 50% considering they are about half the size I was told. They are cute and seem sturdy but totally useless to me.
