Great set, but buy your own driver bit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swing set seems good quality and it was easy to put together. The directions are thorough and I was able to do 95% of it alone. It's only been up for a week so I can't comment on longevity yet, but my 2 year old son loves it. Only 2 complaints are that I wasn't given enough washers, not a huge deal these things happen. The other is that the supplied drill bit (#2 square drive) is no good. Before even starting the build, go buy a better quality drill bit.

Easy instructions, great playset!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I were apprehensive about putting the playset together ourselves however the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We spent about 6 hours one day and my husband finished it after work the following 2 days. It is very well built and study. My daughter loves it!!

Outing Swing Set
Play set is sturdy and exactly as it was pictured online. It is made of good materials and seems to be the quality I was looking for as opposed to the quality of most other play sets I researched. The assembly was fast and the installer was able to put it together in 4 hours. Overall very pleased with the purchase and experience.

Canopy lasted 1 year
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased swingset 2/2022 and the canopy ripped off due to wind in March of 2022. We just passed the year warranty. This is disappointing, I feel like it should have lasted more than one year. Everything else is great. Kids love the playset

Good product except for one design issue
We bought this for our granddaughter. In general, the product is well-made and, despite having 750+ pieces, it was relatively easy to put together since the instructions were clear. However, there is one design flaw. The bars that go over the slide/ladder and the climbing wall are so low that my granddaughter hit her head on them the first time she tried to get up to the platform. And she is not a big child (not quite 2 years old). The bar needs to be higher so that it is easier for kids to get to the platform without hitting their heads. We are going to try to somehow modify/rig the design so that she doesn't keep hitting her head on the bar(s) and can easily get to the platform without having to duck below the bars.

Solid Construction & Great Installation Guide
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We put together the play set over Labor Day weekend with the help of three adults. Overall it took about 7 hours of actual work. The play set was delivered with no damages parts and was very well labeled. Even the hardware was well labeled! The instructions were hands down the best set of instructions I’ve ever used.
The play set itself is wonderful. We have a 14 yo, 2.5 yo, and newborn. It was very important that all of them could play together on this set. In particular we were concerned with getting a swing set that could handle an adult height/weight so our 14 year old ++ could join the little kids on the swings. At 130lbs and 5’ 4” she easily swings on the set no issue or strain on the swing bar. Height wise getting into the club area is a challenge for her but swinging was our main concern. The set is solid and with maintenance via the staining I have no double it will last for all three kids.
