Buy something else if looking for mesh
I live in a medium size condo. Router in middle of home. Points at either end of home. I spend too much of my day everyday restarting the points as they loose access to router. Any time related to this issue is too much as it shouldn’t happen. I have reset everything multiple times. The Nest and Google devices can never find each other. Any device connected to a disconnected access point will NOT look for access elsewhere. Leading me to have to restart the point. Or turn off all together. Router itself seems to work great. :)

Non-Stop Problems
I've had this product for almost 2 years now. I live in a 1300 Sq/ft apartment and have 4 additional points (one for each room). I've had non-stop disconnection issues from the jump. I owned the Google wifi routers before this and had the same setup (a total of 5 points) and had zero issues for years. Once migrating to this I was not only unable to rely on them for working from home but can't rely on them for video calls or anything where a reliable connection was needed. I've resorted to hard wiring my work computer to the the main (router) point so that I can continue to work from home reliably. My Nest Hubs show that they have no internet several times a day and sometimes they will go down for an entire evening. There is no setting to change broadcast chanel's so I can't make any software changes to improve things and there are close enough to each other that positioning is not an issue. None are covered or in enclosures. I regret this upgrade/downgrade

Works well overall, but there was an issue
We've had our Nest Mesh Wi-Fi (2 pods) for over 2 years and it has operated flawlessly until about 3 weeks ago. All of sudden, the Wi-Fi went out. I checked the internet speed going to the Nest Wi-Fi and it was good (760 MBPS down and 45 MBPS up) and yet the nest Wi-Fi was out. I tried a number of different things to get it back up after looking at the on-line help. As we know, with automated houses (we have the Yale-Google locks, Nest Hello door bells, switches, etc.) it is all integrated. So yikes, nothing worked. I did not find the "on-line" help that useful. My son, who works in IT, suggested that I do a factory reset on the Nest Wi-Fi. This fixed the issue, whatever it was. It took a bit of time, but all is right with the world again. It was a loss of about 9 hours before I finally did the reset and all was working well. I hope that this will help others if they come across this issue.

Stopped working with bell home hub 3000
Worked fine for months when out of the blue the unit just locked up and became unresponsive. Even after factory reset.

Router works well, but not the point.
I have the nest wifi set of 2. The router works well but the nest point keeps disconnecting and making my wifi lag. My computer wich is connected through Ethernet port is working very well, so that tells me that the problem is really from the nest itself. I talk 3 or 4 time with google support but it didn't solve my issue yet.

A nifty set up. Does what it is supposed to.
Prior to this instal, Rogers internet was absolute garbage for years. Having installed thus system, we are consistently achieving Hugh speeds, non buffering. A must if you wfh.
