Deplorable product quality and reliability
I purchased 5 of these switches over a 4 week period. 2 of them were defective at time of installation. They would not start up to allow them to be added to the Globe Suite App. The other 3 each died within 2 to 7 days of being installed. I have replaced them all at RONA for warranty replacement. I am now on Day 3 of none failing, fingers crossed. It is very frustrating to have spent 45 minutes squeezing one of these switches into an existing electrical box and then finding out the unit is defective and won't pair with the App. I am now testing new units on my workbench and programming them there so that I know they work before investing the time to install them in an electrical box.

Très dure à programmer, une fois programmé marche pendant temps puis se déprogramme tout seul , maintenant les 3 ne marchent plus du tout , c’est maintenant une switch ordinaire

Let there be light… from
Poor Quality
Same experience as all of the other reviews. I bought 2 of these switches and installed one. It worked for awhile and then stopped working. Replaced with the other one, worked for three weeks then stopped. It’s doesn’t work manually and the indicator light doesn’t illuminate. I contacted the and did not get resolution as I do not have the receipt. Don’t waste your money.

Ils ne fonctionnaient même pas manuellement j'ai dû remettre mes anciens interrupteurs (manuel). Très déçu

Bought four of these switches. After a few months, only two of them still work. Quite disappointed with the quality of the product. Would not purchase again.

it's only great if it works.
I brought the Globe Electric Smart Wi-Fi Switch - 15 A in 2023 installed properly, worked great for a 1 year, then all off a sudden it the light won't turn on, I uninstalled the globe switch and re-installed, upgrade the firmware nothing, I finally went brought another one January 2024, installed it, this one keeps turning itself off, it's been 2 weeks, it won't turn the light on. the switched won't work anymore. for the price of $30 not worth the cost. if you have to keep replacing this switch every 2 weeks it should be price at $5.

Not lucky with this product
I bought 3 of these and had to return 2 of them after a few days. They were installed properly. The lights just started turning on and off in a rapid cycle. Could not get it to stop so had to cut power and uninstall. Replaced with 2 new ones and same thing started to happen after 3 weeks. I installed these so when I’m out of town I can control my outdoor lights. ( good thing I was home) I have other Wi fi products from Globe and am happy with them but these light switches are something else. Not sure what to do.
