Not for us
We bought this lamp for a specific place, but it ended up being too short for where we wanted it. The bulb itself hung much lower than the given height in the specs. The lamp was fairly rickety, and the ability to adjust the height of the lamp didn’t make much of a difference. It’s a nice looking lamp, but not good for having behind a chair or where height is an issue.
