Do not recommend it!
I bought this motion light and solar panel, but it dead in one week after installation. Its works only if three 1.5V "C" batteries fresh and not dead. Fully disappointed! Total waist of money!

Fairly easy to install, works well for the price.
I bought this and installed in about half an hour. Has one mounting screw that goes through the body and screws into a standard mounting plate. The challenge is the mounting screw isn't terribly long and my electrical pot was inset. I needed to put in some stand-offs to get the mounting plate close enough to make it work, which it did. Another half an hour to fiddle with the sensor to get it to go on when and where required. The timer screw goes from 5 seconds to 5 minutes but hard to dial in 20-30 seconds but finally did it. It is not super bright but bright enough to light the area required and better than the previous incandescent light. For the price it seems to be very good value.
