Gladiator damage replacement
I recently ordered two Premier 5 Drawer Toolboxes. One unit came in perfect condition and the other had a few damage issues. I sent Gladiator an email with a couple of pics and within an hour they responded and scheduled delivery for a replacement unit. I would say this is extraordinary service level.

Good product, but having drawer issue
The quality of the Gear Drawer unit is good. I bought three and have been very pleased until we moved. The problem I'm having is the drawers will not stay closed sliding open 2-4". This is due to the slope of the garage floor. Is there a way to adjust the cabinets to compensate for the slope to keep the drawers closed? Is there a latch for the drawers? Something else?

Pre assembled does not mean fully assembled
Pre assembled does not mean fully assembled and the coasters are not easy to install. First off the unit has some weight to it and you have to lay it on its side to install the coasters. The coasters slide into place but they would not all fully secure and tighten. I had to then flip it on its other side to try again. Ultimately, I decided it was good enough and stopped shy of every bolt being as tight as I would want/prefer. The bumpers were also not installed and those were much simpler and easy, which begs the question of why not just ship it with the bumpers on? It would add protection and cut down on the amount of cardboard used and styrofoam.

Forever Quality
Quality of these things is unmatched nowadays, but they truly feel like they will last forever. Drawers are smooth like high end kitchen cabinets.
