Worked...until it didnt. Short life span
Bought 2 of these and made sure to store them properly for the winter. Go to start the water last week and one will not stop the water. Leaking everywhere. At that price went online and bought a much better one with 2 channels. The other people were correct. And of course the bil is nowhere to be found to claim it under warranty.

Works great if installed correctly
I have had this now for two seasons and it works perfectly fine. Solid and very easy to program. It is critical that you install this timer, and any other timer you might have, with a tension relief hose. This takes the pressure off between the faucet and the device so that it won't break the plastic connectors. If you don't do this, the torque between the device and the faucet will cause a crack and eventually fail completely. It would be nice if timers like this had metal connectors but none of them do that are anywhere near affordable.

Failed product ...Broke in just one year
Purchased last year . Could not sustained the pressure. Thank God as my neighbour informed me of this while I was away. Don’t have receipt to seek warranty or replacement

Easiest timer to program and change program.
This is the fourth Gilmour water timer I have in the last 4 years. The first one is 4 years old and still works like new. Removed the batteries and stored indoors after fall time.

Worked for 2 summers only
It has started leaking. When connected to the tap and the hose, and is on timer, unable to bear the water pressure when not active and there is leakage of water.
