Description
The Standard top water entry water heater from Giant® features the Ecopeak® technology and is equipped with (3) elements of various wattages as well as a safety valve and factory installed heat traps. The interior of the tank is coated with a blue cobalt glass enhanced with zircon, a feature unique to Giant®. This water heater is equipped with adjustable thermostats with automatic temperature control. Its high-quality magnesium anode offers an excellent protection against the corrosive effects of water. In addition, its GreenFoam® ecological foam insulation contains no HCFCs, CFCs nor VOCs. A 90° elbow drain hose is provided with each residential electric water heater. This product is manufactured in Canada and is backed by a 6-year limited warranty on tank perforation and 1-year warranty on parts. To benefit from the warranty, the water heater must not be laid on its side during transportation.

Si votre nouveau chauffe eau est identique à l'ancien vous pouvez utiliser la même tuyauterie, ce qui ne nécessite pas de soudure. Par contre si votre nouveau chauffe eau est différent vous allez peut-être avoir à effectuer des changements dans la tuyauterie ce qui peut nécessiter de la soudure. Est-ce que l'entrée d'eau se fait de la même façon par le bas ou par le haut dans les 2 cas?

Can I cascade a 60 Gallon tank with a 40 gallon tank? The output of the 60 gallon tank feeds the 40gallon tank. I am looking to fast recovery and for support of family of 8.
If you have 2x20 amp breakers, separately power each tank, you can run the water in series, with the heating working in parallel. Insulate the water pipes connecting tank1 to tank2.
For 80gallons of hot water, I would install two 40gallon tanks. For 100 gallons, 1x60gallon tank, with 1x40gallon tank.

Je change de chauffe-eau a toute les 10 ans (assurance oblige) et j`ai toujours acheté la marque Giant et n`ai jamais eu de probleme avec ce produit. Je suis donc très satisfait.

J'ai acheté ce chauffe-eau en Juillet 2022, Je l'ai installé moi-même et je suis très satisfait, nous sommes une famille de 4 et nous avons manqué maximum 2 fois d'eau chaude depuis son installation. Ma facture d'électricité mensuel à diminué, je fais de bonne économie avec ce chauffe-eau. J'avais un 40 gallons conventionnel de marque Rheem avant et mon Giant apport plus d'eau chaude a moindre coût énergétique a cause de sa technologie à 3 éléments. Si vous êtes plus de 4 je considérerais quelque chose de peut-être plus performant, exemple super cascade car pour 4 ou 5 c'est très limite. Je n'ai pas eus de problème de qualité pour ma part arrivé en parfaite état et 0 problème, j'appréhendais même quelques problèmes avec les commentaires que j'avais lu, j'ai peut-être été chanceux.

GREAT PRODUCT
We bought the hot water in August 2023 and didn’t get it installed until November 2023. We always had an oil fired hot water heater but switched over to electric because we had a heat pump installed. We have been very happy with this product. We always have lots of hot water. We are a very satisfied customer.

thermostat défectueux après un an d'utilisation
