Excellent product
I ordered this on-line and received it promptly. It was exactly what I needed to set my rain barrel on and raise it up. This now allows me to fill a watering can directly from the spout.

Bad purchase
I purchasers these rain barrels online. One showed up broken, and both of them didn’t come with the spigot. No matter how much you pay for something it should always come with what the order should include. Customers shouldn’t have to go to the store to get replacement parts. Gas is expensive these days there is a reason people shop online now. Still waiting to hear back from someone on a spigot to replace the one I didn’t get. Also when I went to return the other broken rain barrel. I asked for a spigot, and at first they tried to telll me it doesn’t come with it, and the 3rd picture is what they gave me. What a terrible experience.

Solid foundation
I bought three of these stands recently. The rain barrels we have fit on them perfectly. They raise the rain barrel a sufficient distance from ground level to permit water to be released from the tap into a watering can, bucket, etc.
