Formula change is no good!
We have been using the clear supreme silicone to seal glass shower enclosures for over a year now and have loved it. We like the thicker product because it’s not as stringy and doesn’t sag. We also have had issues with the advanced silicone turning neon green when it cures and the supreme has never done that. Until yesterday that is. We opened a new case yesterday and as soon as I started to apply it I noticed it was different. Thinner, very stringy and slightly yellowed right out of the tube. Today we returned to the job and guess what? Neon green just like the old advanced days. Going to have to remove and reinstall the glass to fix it. Hours of work. We also notice slight differences on the labeling of the tube. Shelf life went from 18 months to 24 months along other subtle differences. So they have changed the formula to be more like the advanced and hoped nobody would notice? Or maybe this is just a bad batch. Either way we are now running around town buying up all the 18 month shelf like product we can find. We will not buy the 24 month shelf life product.

Excellent sealant
I usually order commercial brand silicones whenever the need arises. However, mix-up with the color I ordered left me no time to order a new one so I bought some supreme silicone. I was very pleased with the results. I'd used the advanced before and wasn't as impressed, the supreme version has better adhesion and is actually true white if that's the color you choose. It flows out smoothly and has the consistency of grease, which made it easy to tool. If I end up having to buy more silicone locally, this is the only thing I'll use.

Great product, great finish, but beware.
This is a high quality product with beautiful results. Down side is the product can be vary difficult to apply even if you are a professional, order in age with weak hands or just inexperienced,. Do to its thickness and despite how many holes punched in the aluminum seal, it takes great hand strength in order to get the the product out of the tube. My recommendation is quickly do small sections and smoth while your hand recovers and then quickly continue repeating the process till completion. Best of luck.

Great product, great finish but beware.
This product is high quality and has an amazing finished result when applied in a timely manner. Do to it's rapid drying time and difficulty in applying even for a professional because of it's thickness and reluctance to come out of it's tube thing can go bad quick. My recommendation is to do one section smoth quickly then quickly move on to the next.

Great product
As a professional plumber, I frequently use caulk products. This silicone works very well and sets up quickly, you have to keep that in mind when applying it. If you do too large an area before tooling and smoothing out, it can get lumpy. My only complaint is that it is so thick, it's a little difficult to squeeze out, either with a caulk gun or plastic tube, but I really like the results.
