Description
Soft white 40 watt frosted finish G25 globe light bulbs illuminate your home with soft, pleasing incandescent light. They are dimmable to provide just the right brightness. Soft white G25 light bulbs are rated to last 1.4 years based on 3 hours per day use. Use these incandescent G25 (3-1 with 8 in. diameter) globe light bulbs with a medium base in dimmable indoor bathroom vanity lights, makeup mirrors and pendant lighting.

4 out of 6 dead in moments!
Bought two packs of 3 each yesterday to replace bathroom vanity lights. Three died instantly upon being turned on, and a fourth died a couple hours later. When Sister-in-Law noticed it was dead and tried to remove it the glass bulb detached from its base! Returning these to store for refund!

Shorter lifespan
So I didn't understand how there's such a huge price difference between this one and other g25 bulbs until now. As written on the website, the lifespan of these bulbs are about 1.4yrs. I think I purchased ours in November 2019, so I lucked out to get 1.5yr before it went out. It was good while it lasts but now that I know it's something I'll need to purchase more often, I may consider purchasing something else with a longer lifespan.

bulbs look like they have dirt inside
These are sadly the worst light bulbs for the typical uses of such G25 bulbs -- each bulb looks as if it has patches of dirt on the inside of the bulb, and they cannot be cleaned off, so they look terrible in a bathroom vanity, or anywhere else where you'd care whether the bulb looked very dirty.

Bulbs look dirty when lit
I bought three boxes (total 9 bulbs) and every single bulb looks like it has dirt on its round top when lit up. I tried cleaning them and it doesn't come off.
