GE Auradescent 40-Watt Clear Finish Flame Tip decorative light bulbs illuminate your home with soft, pleasing incandescent light. They are dimmable to provide just the right brightness. GE Auradescent Flame Tip light bulbs are rated to last 1.4 years based on 3 hours per day use. The rugged bulb construction withstands ceiling fan vibration better than standard incandescent bulbs. The auradescent coating provides a decorative touch. Use these incandescent flame tip (FM) light bulbs with a medium base in dimmable indoor chandeliers, sconces, ceiling fans and fixtures where the bulb is visible.

I’m happy I found the bulb I needed. Unfortunately only 1 of the 2 bulbs in the package works.
Not worth the gas $ to return the product.

Happy to find these!
These particular bulbs aren't as easy to find as the once were, and I have two light fixtures on my living room wall where these are a perfect fit with repect to design. The "newer" bulbs don't quite blend in. At the clearance price of $1 for each package, these were a great deal!
