Don't take in all the negative reviews on the GE Profile line until you try it. I read the manual for the washer and dryer and it has a lot of features that you really need to look up to use if unsure. User error is real! Other than that overall quality product as expected by GE

Easy install - Works great.
Installation was easy for the installers. We have washed about ten loads so far and everything seems to be A-OK. My wife loves the dark blue-ish color of this machine.

Worst Ever
THE worst washer I have ever owned in myn70 years. Previous GE was a gem and lasted 15 years. Only purchased this one because the old one finally died. This is cheaply made and despite all the bells and whistles, settings generally don't work as advertised
