Ultra Bright T8 tubes replace 48-inch T8 - 1-inch diameter - fluorescent bulbs using the existing fixture and electronic ballast. The beams of daylight light brighten rooms to provide a sense of security when the sun goes down. This is great for frequently used fixturesthis GE Ultra Bright Daylight LED bulb is rated to last 16 years based on 6 hours days. Unlike CFL bulbs, GE LED bulbs feature instant full brightness and are free of Mercury. Use Ultra Bright Daylight T8 LED tubes in active spaces and commercial applications like light industrial and clean rooms to provide very cool, bluish-white light.
