Mid rack not attached on right side from factory
Middle rack not connected to the right side. How did it leave the factory and pass quality control. Unit looks nice and once I fix the rack myself I’m sure it will work fine. Odd that you can’t communicate issues like this when registering the product. That would be a good way for GE to know how the product is showing up in the filed.

Great features!
It’s very quiet, abundance of space and options to move the racks around, there is even spray heads in the rack itself. The glides are very smooth moving in and out.
It’s also has a very classy look. I like how you can’t catch your clothes on the handles.

Awful!!! Do not buy any Cafe products
Worst dishwasher Ever. Had less than 4 years. In that time it was “repaired” 3 times. The mother board was replaced twice. We finally got so tired of dealing with it we replaced it and took the loss.
And today our oven stopped working- also only 4 years old. GE cafe are the WORST products

Color mismatch
My new Cafe dishwasher operates just fine. No complaints with that. My issue is that it does not match colour wise with my range and microwave. They are Cafe white, the dishwasher is grayer. I am going back to the supplier and complaining, and I hope I can get this resolved. I do like the appliances, otherwise.
