love this ac is much quieter than my old lg 10,000 btu. Cools rooms nicely and shuts off automatically when right tempurature is reached.

A Good A/C
A well-built unit, sleek design but heavy, would be difficult to move if not for the recessed casters and hand hold notches on the sides. A washable air intake filter on the back is very easy to remove for cleaning. I installed it just in time for a string of 90Deg days and it actually could make the room chilly if I wanted! And the unit has not produced any condensation.
The 3 fan speeds have a good flow range between low to high. Sound level-fan only: 52dB to 62dB @ 6ft., mostly from just the volume of air being moved. In Air Conditioner (Cool) mode 60dB at low fan and 62dB at high fan.
Comes with all the necessary hardware to install, and an IR remote which only works line of sight, which is fine if there isn't any furniture in the way; however, I prefer to use the touch sensitive control panel on the top. Other slick features are the motorized outlet door with a swing mode which oscillates to help move the air around the room.
All in all, I'm quite happy with this A/C and feel it will last for a long time.

Easy Peezy sleazy
So far so good, set up was easy connections were easy and right as of the moment it is blowing out clean crisp cold air. I’ve only own this for a day, but as of right now I am more than happy. Looking forward to having a cool garage during the hot summer months Down here in Southwest Florida. I highly recommend this machine at the moment and typically you can’t go wrong with a product with the GE logo on it.

Noisy and Fair Cooling
I bought this in 2023 summer and kind of disappointed with it, reason being it is noisy. For e.g. in my case it is hard to hear TV Sound if I switch this AC unit On simultaneously. Also, it takes a lot of time to cool my 450 sq ft unit and not worth the money in my opinion after using it for 1 summer and would be looking to offload this summer with a new unit from another manufacturer. Happy to return this product If i had the opportunity to do so... Further the GE delivery charge is way higher compared to peers.
