Will the roof withstand snow load?
Hello, thank you for contacting Gazebo Penguin. Although this solarium does not have a snow load rating, it is designed to be enjoyed in our Canadian winters as well.
With all structures, you do of course want to make sure you clear off any snow accumulation.

Hail damaged one of the roof panels - the clear polycarbonate - are there replacement panels available and are they easily replaced?

can u see thru the roof of this gazebo? just wondering if in full sun, will it get hot inside during summer.
Hello, and thank you for contacting Gazebo Penguin inc! Our roof panels are made of polycarbonate which is UV treated and has a smokey color to it like a light brown. It can get warm inside depending on the weather but the windows can slide up to 5 different positions to create airflow. Thank you.

We would like to build a traditional paver block patio with 12 x 24 stones. Would this be an appropriate bolting surface to secure the solarium for stability and high wind conditions? What is the alternative if a paver block patio has been installed?

J'ai installé le model 41215-12 , 12 X 15 à l'Automne 2021 Beaucoup de pièces abimées et tordues . ce printemps, 1ère chaleur le plastique d'une fenêtre est sortie de son logement . Impossible (contrairement à la pub) de retirer le moustiquaire pour accéder à la fenêtre et la réparée il est également impossible de retirée une fenêtre de ses glissières

like the solarium but customer service is poor!!
Bought this in early July. Hired help and trailer to bring it to our camp site which is 3 hours from home. When setting it up found 4 damaged panels and a damaged door. Called and sent pictures that same day. Making a long story short have spoken to 3 different people all saying we’d hear back tomorrow. Sent more pictures of all the boxes twice and now a week and half later still haven’t heard back if they will replace or send replacement parts!! Manitoba summer’s go by quickly and wondering if we will get one up this year! Frustrating.
