What is the rated snow load? Can the polycarbonate roof support the heavy snow load in Ottawa, Canada?
No and I don't advise you to buy it. We had the worst experience ever with Lowe's . We paid so much money and they delivered with broken parts and missing parts and we had to wait 8 months till they decided to replace it. After we sent a request to VISA to get our money back they decided to send us those parts. Worst experience ever!

Is there just one entry, or two? Looking for something with 2 doors - one on opposite sides?
2 sliding doors, but they have to be together on one side or the other.

The description mentions that the unit comes with screening. Does it also come with polyvinyl window panels to keep rain out, also, what co;ours are available for both the aluminum structure and polycarbonate roof panels. Thank you, Willie
This model comes with two vinyl windows par regular panel. Doors come with polycarbonate windows. Frame comes in two colours: sand and grey. Roof panels tinted, smoky colour, with UV protection.

Serious drawbacks!
I bought this large sunroom several years ago. It seems to be well built with a few substantial draw backs.
1. The unit comes with screen windows yet there is a good 1/2” gap at the top of each wall. Bugs of all types get in unrestricted. I had to cut 3/4” pipe insulation in half lengthwise to fill this gap. Rack piece had to be taped in place.
2. After only a year the tinted plastic/vinyl windows are tearing. So far I have been unable to find replacement plastic to fix this issue.
3. The Alberta snow load concerns me greatly. In the winter I have to brush the roof off frequently.
4. We get very strong winds here and I was surprised to find that it hasn’t blown apart. Having said that, this year I found numerous roof screws that have vibrated loose. Some actually fell out. I reinstalled them with Loctite. I will be checking these screw’s every spring and fall from now on.
It’s a wonderful place to sit in the spring, summer and fall but if I had known of the above problems I never would have made the purchase.

Mauvaise qualité et mauvais service client
N'achetez pas de cette compagnie. Nous avons acheté un Gazebo 12 x 18 à l'automne 2019 chez Home Dépot et La Gazebo était neuf (jamais ouvert). Lors du montage il manquait des pièces et avons constaté plusieurs dommages (voir photo). La compagnie a refusé notre réclamation prétextant qu'il n'avait pas été livré sur la bonne palette ce qui n'a aucun rapport avec la mauvaise qualité.
