Description
This Husqvarna ST 227 snowblower is a great choice for occasional snow removal from 4 inches to 12 inches (10 cm to 30 cm). It has a two-stage 254 cc motor, six forward speeds, one reverse speed, a clearing width of 27" (68.58 cm) and a friction-disc transmission for smooth and powerful operation. The electric-start snow thrower has adjustable skid shoes that work on any type of surface. The handle is height adjustable and the grips are heated for comfortable use.

The bushing in the gear box froze and broke the welds on the impeller with about 4 hrs on the machine and they wont warranty it junk junk junk will never by husq again would recamend there product to no one

Awesome machine
I have been through almost one full season with this and absolutely love it. I was skeptical about the need for power steering but it is amazing. When crushing my sidewalk I can align it perfectly with a quick pull of the trigger. The speeds are great, and surprisingly fast. While the heated handles aren’t super hot, let’s be serious, it’s winter and you’re going to have gloves on. I have been the hero of the neighborhood. Snow plow driver put a bank in your driveway? This thing will eat right through it. Starts first pull with the choke and gets going right away. I have yet to clog it and have gone through some pretty gnarly stuff. Love the machine.

Reliable
I'm now in my 6th season of using the Husqvarna st227p in northern Michigan where we average 144 inches of snow per season (that's 12 feet!). I have been extremely happy with this snow thrower. It starts usually with one pull, even in temperatures near zero. It throws snow a long way. I recommend it.

do not buy this snowblower
i bought this snowblower 5 years ago, the first snow storm drive belt broke, and hand warmers did not work 2 weeks later another snowstorm drive belt broke again, in my opinion this blower has the wrong drive pulley on it, next winter different times of the winter cables froze,and after 5 years still has the cables freezing, can not rely on this blower very poor snowblower not worth the money i paid for it,

easy to use
I used it for the second time today. My old snow blower was 30 years old. It was time for a new one. I did a lotb of research looking for the right onr. The features are great and easy to use.
