Poor quality
I was very excited about this product, however the rain gauge tube is very cheaply made and was broken when I took it out of the box. I would take it back to the store but have lost my receipt. I wish you could get a better quality replacement.

Leaky Rain Gauge
I purchased two of these items--one as a gift and one for myself. The rain gauge on mine of them wasn't sealed and water leaked out. I tried plumber's tape and glue to the bottom cap of the gauge with several attempts but with no luck. Could not find a replacement gauge online.

Can't use both
Bought this rain gauge/ thermometer because that's what I wanted.. Turns out you can't use both. Even the customer service rep said it that way. So this will be going back to the store. What a miss representation of a product. Thermometer has to be in the shade to work so how do I collect water?

I would not buy this product.
First off the rain gauge was not sealed at the bottom so the rain leaked out. I caulked that so it wouldn't leak. Yesterday the thermometer got so hot the bottom blew out and now it's totally useladge.

I would not buy this again
I purchased this model because rain gauge was a plus. Thinking old school was the way to go.. (Wrong) Thermometer is 8-10 degrees warmer than actual temp.. Like I have heard many times.. You get what you pay for...
