Did not try yet, but medium size trees watch out!
Based on a previous Garant product, with a composite handle (hatchet), I am doubtful this one will not perform. It is hardened enough, it is sharp enough for a first job. Looking forward to my weekend. There is a heavier one I tried in a store, but again I have small and medium size trees on a property.
