Happy with our purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an LG Thinq countert depth refrigerator that had the condenser fail. I could not find anyone willing to work on it so I did not want to go with another LG product. I chose this model because the amount of space works well for a counter depth refrigerator which is what would fit in the space. We have twin teen boys so we need as much space as possible. So far it is working well in that regard. It is also quiet and looks very nice. I expect it to last for years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second time I have bought this frig. Love the lights inside and the second drawer that can be used as a deli or soda or frezzer drawer - brilliant. And the bottom frezzer has a pull out drawer for easy access. I would buy it again!

Excellent unit with improvements noted
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really enjoying our new refrigerator! For a counter depth unit, it actually holds as much or more than our prior full size unit. The ice maker is faster than our former unit, and having the flex drawer is great! A 4-star rating given for the following three reasons: 1) the leftside crisper drawer cannot be opened all the way when opening only the leftside French door; the second shelf lowest setting with top shelf on highest setting provides just enough room to place loaves of bread (if other things put on the shelf we have to take stuff out to get what is behind); and, the top narrow flip shelf does not want to flip up (feel like I have to force it). Otherwise, we love it!

2nd refrigerator works
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to have this refrigerator replaced as the first one delivered would not cool or freeze even while empty
As a result we won’t 60 hours w/o operable refrigeration and that in itself was the whole fiasco
We do love the features on the replacement and enjoying all the features especially the middle drawer that can be a refrigerator or a freezer and find the refrigeration excellent for our deli meats and cheeses
Husband likes the size of the ice cubes but I would prefer the cubes would be slightly larger but the size keeps him from using the crush feature and that makes me happy
