No air fry rake, really!!
Like so many other reviews, spent alot on this air fry oven. Only to find no air fry tray is included! Frigidaire 's response is to give you the stock number to buy one! Really! Use a cookie cooling rake on a a baking sheet. Works great. Frigidaire should have included one at this price!!

Perfect fit !!!! Despite Frigidaire's Customer Service denial!
I bought this range (GCRI305CAFE) almost a year ago but have only been using it since last Christmas (5 months). Super easy to clean, love the induction cook top and the true convection oven as well as the conventional oven. I have yet to try the air fry, because this model does not come with the air fry tray. No biggie, but a heads up would have been nice, since it showed it in the pics online. When checking the compatibility, it stated that it did not fit my range, however the dimensions of the air fry tray rack, were the same as my racks. So I asked Customer Service if it was compatible. I got a big song and dance about how there isn't one available and I should buy a more expensive unit. Sure, I just dump all this cash on a new range and now after one use, they want me to dump a couple more grand on another new range.
Well, this air fry rack/tray fit my range perfectly, contrary to the (lack of) Customer Service who apparently don't know their products. It would have been nice as well, that the drip tray they state mates to it well, was still available. No biggie, I can use a large bake sheet or a foil drip sheet.
My advice, measure you existing oven rack and compare the dimensions to the air fry trays to see which one best fits your range. The key dimension is the width. If the depth is equal to or shorter than yours, it will fit. If the depth is longer, it may hit the door.

Am I wasting my time writing this review?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s obvious that people want, need, and expect that an oven that differentiates itself with the air fry feature comes with the equipment to air fry.
Not including the air fry tray after so many reviews over this length of time speaks to the company’s lack of respect for its customers wishes.
I wish I read these reviews prior to purchasing my oven.
I am no exception; I am disappointed that my new oven did not include the air fry basket.
My oven-safe correll dish stained from using it in the oven with the air fry feature.
So far, the stove works and the oven works, and I am looking forward to many years of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a disappointed to learn I had to buy the air fryer tray separately and then to find out there is NO DRIP TRAY AVAILABLE to use with it. The smoke is horrendous from this and no matter what you do to catch the drippings help! I even tried lining the bottom of my oven with tin foil to keep from discoloring the bottom of the oven. Well the tin foil MELTED to the oven bottom and I can’t get it off.
Come o. Frigidaire did you not test this all out first?
So it air fryer is USELESS!.

Really - no drip catch tray?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate that Frigidaire made an air fryer oven, did not include the expensive air fryer basket/tray with it. Biggest complain is that Frigidaire DOES NOT make a drip tray to go under the fryer tray.
No matter what I do the grease manages to fall to bottom and cause significant smoke, etc. I tried foil on bottom of oven and the tin foil melted onto the bottom of the stove. I CAN NOT GET IT OFF!
So disappointed Frigidaire….
