Its 10 sealed burners, totalling 142,000 BTU, include two precision 20,000 BTU dual-ring burner that can simmer at 1,000 BTU. Continuous cast-iron grates ensure stability on the enamel surface. Two convection ovens with a total capacity of 8.64 cu.ft with 30,000 BTU Total Broil and Bake output each. Both ovens have an impressive blue enamel interior allowing for easy cleaning and 3-layer glass oven door window provides both heat retention and an unobstructed view. It features 2 telescopic racks per oven, an air fryer kit, a wok support, two reversible griddles, an LP conversion kit, and durable zinc-coated metal knobs.
