With 6 sealed burners delivering a total output of 83,000 BTU, including a powerful 20,000 BTU double-ring burner for boiling or searing, it excels at simmering delicate foods such as chocolate or sauces. Continuous cast-iron racks ensure stability and easy pan sliding. The 5.26 ft³ electric oven produces 6,300 watts, perfect for baking, roasting and grilling. It includes 2 oven racks, a liquefied petroleum gas conversion kit and elegant zinc-plated metal knobs with rings that retain their beauty over time.
