FORNO's 36-inch Capriasca dual-energy range elevates the home kitchen with its durable 304-gauge stainless steel design. It features 6 sealed brass double-ring burners with a total output of 120,000 BTU. The 20,000 BTU double-ring burner is perfect for boiling or searing, and can also handle tasks such as melting chocolate or simmering sauces. Heavy-duty cast-iron continuous racks make it easy to slide pots or pans off the heat when needed. The 5.36 ft³ real convection oven features a blue enamel interior for easy cleaning and a three-layer glass oven door that retains heat and offers a clear view. With a total output of 6,300 watts, this oven offers ample power for baking, roasting and grilling. It includes 3 fully telescopic, easy-access stainless steel oven racks, a concave wok ring and an LP conversion kit. What's more, galvanized metal knobs with embellished rings guarantee long-lasting beauty.

NOT HAPPY
Range was damage on opening. The website will NOT return phone calls or emails. The front is amage and each of the two rack sliders (one on each of the two racks) fell apart on the opposite side of the damaged. I will try emailing them again.

Great Value
When building our kitchen, I spent a lot of time researching 48" stoves. I believe this to be the best bang for your buck. It has many of the features, such as brass burners, that ranges 10x the cost have. It's beautiful and for the most part, works well. After 3 months of use, there are some issues that we've had. The burners need adjusting repeatedly. This is my first gas cooktop. Maybe this is common? When preheating the oven, there are large bangs that can be heard, almost like there is metal that is warped and popping. The oven is in consistent. I purchased an oven thermometer and while it says that it is the correct temperature, it tends to burn things on the bottom. I never had that issue with my last electric oven. As another reviewer stated, I'm not sure how useful the rotisserie really is. It couldn't handle the chicken I put on it. Overall, I'm very happy with the range and would purchase again based on features and overall value.

Very good value
Really good quality at this price point. The stove top is excellent and heavy duty. I do wish the oven was taller inside, it is noticeably smaller than any other oven I've used before. And the knobs are troublesome. They get hot and slide off easily.
