Featuring unique French doors for extra oven access space, a range top delivering 100,000 BTU with 5 dual-ring brass burners, and heavy-duty cast-iron grates over a recessed enamel cooking surface for easy cleaning. The 4.32 ft³ gas oven with 30,000 BTU output, convection fan, and 3-layer glass oven door window ensures precision cooking. Includes an LP conversion kit, 3 telescopic oven racks, wok-ring, reversible griddle, rotisserie kit, air fry basket and drip pan. Zinc-coated metal knobs with bezel rings add a touch of elegance.

Oven arrived with a dent in upper left hand french door. I watched the delivery men uncrate it. There was no damage to the crate and I saw it immediately when the top of the crate was removed. Other than that, it looks like a nice range. Just got it yesterday and haven't used it yet. I also don't appreciate having to leave a review in order to complete the registration.

Amazing Range!
We just bought the 30” Capriasca French door range to replace our KitchenAid range and couldn’t be happier with the switch. This feels like an industrial quality appliance instead of the other brand that didn’t last 4 years and seemed to be made to cut corners and save money. Thanks Forno!
