Does this include the glass windscreen, as shown in picture, and a cover?
We purchased this unit last fall and it did come with the wind screen.
We have never needed to use the wind screen though.

Does the compartment for the tank slide out? And what is the cover made of?
No, the tank does not slide out.
The cover is vinyl and it was on all winter outside and is OK.
I did also cover it with a layer of plastic as it had snow on it for 6 months

Easy to install the natural gas kit
Bought this last summer. Set it up for natural gas using the supplied kit. The Wind screen which is included works well. We installed it under a shade sail and it hasn’t been a problem with the sail which is 7’ above the flames.

Love it
We purchased this last year.
Yes, it can be difficult to change the propane but once you have done it a couple of times it gets a lot easier.
The file table in a little lower than other models which make a bit less room for the propane. The height is perfect for the chairs we have with it.
A nice plus is the wind screen is included. Many other file tables have it as an option at an additional cost.

Easy to start, propane tank not easy
I love my table but it is SO difficult to take your propan tank out and put a new on in. It's too small.
