Description
The Feit Electric 2-ft x 2-ft lay-in LED troffer provides added function and beauty to any residential or commercial area and can be mounted as a ceiling flush mount or wall sconce. With instant full brightness (including in sub-zero temperatures), the colour selectable light LEDs are integrated directly into the fixture so there are no bulbs to replace. Troffer is not compatible with standard dimmers, dimmable connection using 0-10 V dimmer only. Its ultra-slim, backlit design with frosted acrylic lens and white frame will add beauty and modern style to any area.

2’ x 2’ lay in LED lights.
Bought two of these for the suspended ceiling in the basement & liked they so I bought 2 more. The light is bright & the colour temperature selection provides 4 different light colours.

Great lights nice to adjust color temperature too.
Installed 2 one in my kitchen and the other in my laundry room. They have a nice amount of light more than the double 4' fluorescent tube fixture I had.

Extremely bright. *ONLY* 0-10v dimmable.
Bought these several weeks ago, didn't have a dimmer available to me at the time.
Installed LED compatible dimmer, they flicker. Tried another brand, higher $$$ dimmer, lights flicker.
I bought 2 of these to replace some very old CFL fixtures in my basement drop-ceiling.
Thin and light. Terminal box rather flimsy, bends easy.
Bendable 'hooks' could be 1/4" taller for larger drop-ceiling grid compatibility.
Fricken' bright. I mean, it's like turning on the sun.
So bright in fact, I decided I'd need a dimmer, keep it at maybe 3/4 power for regular use and crank it up to full power when I *really* need more light.
Bought an LED-compatible dimmer, lights flicker. Tried adjusting for an hour, lights flicker. Tested dimmer with my 6" LED pot light replacements, works fine.
Tried a higher quality dimmer (Eaton), these LED panels flicker.
Spend 30 minutes trying to adjust this new dimmer, lights flicker.
On closer examination of the documentation, these panels are *only* 0-10V dimmable. NOT 120VAC DIMMABLE. (Total Bull!@#$, why not both? Other LED's are 120VAC dimmable?)
No mention of this was made on Rona's website, or FEIT's website, only as a tiny mention in the documentation.
Not sure if I'll keep them now, as they are too bright for normal, every-day use, and I'm not re-wiring my basement for 0-10v lights for 2 panels.
Expensive lesson learned, probably won't buy from this company again.
Decent product, but highly miss-leading marketing. (Advertising as Dimmable, when it's ONLY 0-10v dimmable).
Not really Rona's fault, but still rather disappointed.
