Best fan ever
I purchased this Ecofan two weeks ago for use on my garage wood stove. It's a unique item that moves air over my wood stove to help heat distribution from the stove. My unit has an 8-inch blade that is rounded and should one touch it by mistake, it stops and does not cause any damage to the finger(s). It operates by heat of the stove top alone. I have a similar one at my cabin with a 9-inch blade that has now been in use for 4 years, These fans are very quiet and to the job that was intended of them. For this fan to work, it is important to place it on a stove surface that is completely smooth and flat. The heat of the stove activates the fan starting at stovetop temperatures between 80 and 90 degrees C. Anyone that heats any space with a wood stove will benefit in purchasing and using one of these. I really recommend this product.
