Successful 3/8" Hole in Porcelain
This EAB 3/8" diamond cutting bit worked 'perfectly'. The 1/8" thick template enables using it flat (instead of at a 45 degree angle initially). Gentle pressure and water are the secret to safely drilled holes in ceramic pots and other objects. I immersed in water, and used a portable lithium battery hand-drill at low speed. Lifting frequently to clear the dust and bring in cooling water (as the Supporting Video showed), made a perfect hole. Bit has no visible wear, no burning, and almost no discernable chipping on the surface of the fired pottery.
My hole was actually almost 1/2" deep, and worked perfectly! Great Instructions - effective tool (when used properly).

don't buy that hole saw , i did 2 hole and it burn , simply gargage
