qualité médiocre
Je ne pensais pas que c’était possible de vendre des matériaux se qualité aussi médiocre. Une pelle à neige sert à pelleter de la neige et non la regarder veillir dans la garage. après seulement 1 utilisation elle est inutilisable.

Cracks easily
I thought I was doing a good deed buying this recycled product. But if is very poorly made. The shovel is way too thin and cracked after some very light use. I was shoveling some wet snow and hit a bit of ice under the snow. Instantly a crack formed right down the middle of the shovel. Rendering it useless.

Will crack on first use
Absolutely the worst thing I have ever purchased at Rona! Low quality garbage at high price, shovel cracked at the base on first use (like other reviewers here). Plastic used is too thin, will not last a snowstorm with wet snow. First and last time will be buying from this brand, look elsewhere since price is not really much cheaper versus others.

De très mauvaise qualité
J’ai acheté cette pelle à l’automne 2022, et elle a craqué, comme tous les autres commentaires, après seulement quelques utilisations. Elle n’aura même pas fait un hiver entier.
Oh et puis, ne vous attendez pas à être rembourser de la part de Rona si vous n’avez pas gardé votre facture! C’est vrai, qui ne garde pas sa facture de pelle pour plus de 4mois?!
Une honte. On l’avait acheté à prix d’or car elle était ergonomique et de fabrication canadienne. Au final c’est le pire achat qu’on ait pu faire.
