I bought several of these changing out handles for my home. Some were missing parts and had to be exchanged.

I wouldn't pay attention to the previous review. These are NOT for exterior doors, only interior such as a bathroom (why they have a lock). Yes you can get through them if required for emergencies, which is the point. Sadly even the "contractor" they had didn't know this. FYI, I am NOT associated with any company related to this product

This brand installed on both doors on the house I just bought. Cheap. Easily broken into. Thankfully the worker at my home didnt have to break the door down after locking himself out. He just lifted this handle and pushed hard. Took 2 seconds to get in. These are being replaced today with a better quality brand.
