Description
This 1500 watts hanging, outdoor, electric, gazebo heater uses radiant infrared energy that requires no gas or other flammable fuels; it can be plugged into a standard 110-120 V AC wall outlet and is water and dust resistant. Infrared heat is safe for the environment with zero carbon monoxide emissions and hardly affected by wind, making this unit cost effective and environmentally friendly. Hook and chains are included.

Can it be used in a uninsulated garage
Sure, I think you could. You have to be close to it to stay warm when outside so it may do better there with less heat escape

You can certainly feel the warmth
I bought two of these heaters to hang from my gazebo. It took a bit of fine-tuning to perfect the setup, but we’re really happy with them. The placement of the heaters is important and we needed to buy extra chain to lower them enough to really feel the heat. Please note that plugging both heaters into the same outlet tripped the breaker, so if you plan to buy two for your space, you’ll need to buy an extension cord to plug it into another outlet on a different circuit.

Nice for small area
Like this lamp. It is good for a smaller area and works best with no wind. Hung it in my outdoor gazebo.

Doesn’t throw off that much heat
You have to ensure you have the proper
extension cord otherwise the cord overheats and could cause a fire
