use two install tools
first one I bought was 1/16" shorter. This meant that my rails were "out" by 5/16" after 5 rails. Returned to store we found 3 out of 11 that were shorter. After that, though, everything went amazing and the installation was smooth. This is the 3rd embassy ceiling I have installed and one thing I will add is to buy 2 install tools, and use them in parallel (attache with a spacer) . That will make things go a lot smoother and keep each bracket parallel.
