Great faucet, inadequate customer service
The faucet looks wonderful and works great! The enclosed care info advised the use of Carnauba wax to preserve the brass finish. Well up here in northern Onatario (Canada), it is nowhere to be found. I called the customer service line and was told that they don't have any information on this product or how to even find it. (or what brand name it is marketed under). Wasn't impressed.
