The EGO POWER+ 21-in Select Cut self-propelled mower delivers performance that exceeds the power of gas and is the first cordless lawn mower to have an interchangeable multi-blade cutting system. Customize your cut with three interchangeable lower blades to choose from. The mulching blade comes installed on the mower and is ideal for weekly mulching, the high lift bagging blade provides extra suction ideal for bagging, and the extended runtime blade provides an optimal balance of cut quality and runtime. The EGO upper blade is used in combination with the lower blade chosen to slice the grass into fine fragments. EGO's Self-Propelled Touch Drive(TM) technology puts complete control of the self-propelled system in the palm of your hands by using pressure to engage the system. Easily control the variable speed with a dial positioned at your fingertips for safe and convenient operation.

LOVE THE POWER IT HAS

Very quiet compared to gas.
It handles real well, variable speed is great. The lawn looks even, very nice. The only problem is the side discharge doesn't work properly, grass builds up inside like it does with the mulching feature.

Great, but one problem
I love this thing! Easy to operate, quiet, and so light weight I don’t even use the self-propel feature - however my wife likes it. Enough battery life to mow my yard and the neighbors on a single charge. One problem: the self-propel gears/motor lock up occasionally for no apparent reason. Sometimes even when the mower is not even on. Not sure what this is about. I need to counter-rotate the rear wheels a bit the free their engagement. Now to see how well their survive and support is.

Great mower.
Two mowings with the new mower and it is very impressive. Getting up in age love the light weight unit and the variable speed when mowing. Have small yard so it will not require a great deal of trips to the charger. The height adjustment is a really an easy to use, I like that. Get through with the job, clean and fold it up for storage. Nice piece of equipment.

Great mowers inconsistency in run time
I used the Ego mower three times. The mower is great and so much easier to used than my old gas mower. I’m able to set the self propelling speed to my walking pace which allows me to only need one hand to control. This also allows my to walk and finish faster. The mower is much lighter which makes for easy turning. Only con and the reason for just 4 stars is the battery/ run time hasn’t been consistent. First used the battery lasted 45 minutes, second time lasted 38 minutes and third time lasted 55 minutes.

Well pleased with our Ego.
Runs fairly quietly and cuts nicely. Easy to adjust height. Compact storage design makes blade removal easy for sharpening. Battery charges in about 1 hour, but it would be nice if running time per charge were a few minutes longer.

Excellent Mower
Well packaged and very well made. Fit and finish are excellent. First time I used about 40% of the battery to mow front and back yard, just under 5,000 SF. On level ground you do not even need to use the self propelled feature it rolls so smoothly. No more mixing gas, no more oil changes, no more new air filter etc. etc. etc.
