Description
Get back to the job faster with the EGO 56 V lithium-ion dual port charger. Simultaneously charge two EGO batteries of any size. Both ports monitor and control each cell in the battery pack to control temperature for maximum battery life. The active cooling fan system and advanced communication with the battery support rapid charging without overheating. The dual port system ensures limited downtime with any battery in the EGO platform. Plus, a LED indicator shows 4 charge levels 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%.

A good charger that needs a discharge feature
The charger could be improved a lot by adding a discharge feature so the batteries could be discharged to the proper level for storage from one winter season to the next. Leaving these batteries at full charge when they are in storage for over a half a year damages them. It charged both the 10 ah batteries at the same time in about 2 hours and stops when they are charged.
