Bad product
I got this metal deck mower right around the first week it was available. I run a commercial lawn care company that uses exclusively electric equipment.
This mower destroys batteries, bogs down if crabgrass even looks at it, and the batteries come out of the mower at the end hot to the touch. Not warm, hot. I have noticed a drop in all my batteries ability to hold a charge since switching to this mower.

Ego LM2200sp best mower you can buy.
My LM2200sp has more power and gives a better cut than the Toro Recycler that it replaced. The 10Ah battery has more than enough capacity for my average size lot. This Ego mower makes cutting the grass not a chore but a fun workout! I highly recommend the Ego LM2200sp to anyone looking for the best mower to buy.

I’ve had EGO products for about 10 years and after my first mower was beyond repair (LM2001) and repair parts were no longer available I decided to go for the top of the line 22 inch aluminum deck mower. First impressions after a month is that this mower is a beast and can go through any type of grass with ease. The turbo feature is nice and Ihave taken to have it as my default setting. Mulching is much improved as is cleanup of grass debris off of the aluminum. Be prepared for added weight and heft which is to be expected with the increased horsepower, metal deck, etc. I haven’t been able to connect the Bluetooth features yet but I’m not too worried about it and presume EGO is still working on this.

I'm Old, It's New, but we get along fine.
I am 75, female, and found a steeper learning curve than expected in using this mower. It is heavier than I am used to, but that helps build muscle. The biggest plus is ease of starting and stopping and restarting as I mow. Have to keep self propel on low or I'll run the mower up a tree if not careful. Collapsible storage is a huge plus, also makes it easy to clean the underbelly after mowing. Not as easy to maneuver around objects like poles because of the heaviness of the machine. Keeping the start bar in place and pressing on the self propel at the same time causes my hands to ache before I am done mowing (I am sure my age has something to do with this). Easy to adjust wheel height which I appreciate. Also like the level of adjustment on the handle to fit my height. Cuts the lawn just fine and my lawn is not just grass, but anything that wants to grow in the allotted space.

I loved everything about it except the rear wheel self propelled. Going up uneven hills it gets stuck which sucks.
My old gas powered was front wheel so I would lift thr back wheels off tbe ground and it would go up the hill on uneven ground. I cannot do this with the ego unfortunately but it's a great lawn mower besides that
