Easy to use!

Too heavy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too heavy to be useful. The battery is way too bulky and heavy and the universal piece is also overly heavy. Then you have to add the weight of the saw attachment and the oil and it’s just not logistically feasible to use the product. Love the idea they just need to redo it and make it lightweight.

Fast and powerful pole saw
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pole saw attachment is a great tool to have on hand to keep tree limbs cleaned up. This attachment allows me not to have to climb a ladder as I am now able to reach around 10’ from the ground. The assembly takes a little time getting everything put together for the first time but now the attachment just slides into place. Be sure to pickup some chainsaw bar oil as the attachment did not come with any. I am very impressed with the power this saw has and the ability to use different attachments.

Makes short work of branches out of reach
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very straightforward to use, if you've used a chainsaw of any kind before you should feel very comfortable using this. Of course, after the first use you will need to readjust the chain as my photo shows. This pole saw attachment made cutting tree limbs that are out of reach a breeze to cut down. I was able to clear my driveway, walkway and some larger branches hanging low over the road for increases visibility in very little time. I do feel like I'm eventually gonna get an extention for it as there were some branches higher up I would've liked to get to. Assemble onto the head is a piece of cake, but getting it lined up and pushed in on the first try can be slightly challenging, but wiggling and rotating seems to help that. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the pole saw and expect to use it often

Easy to use and does the job
