Description
Open up your home to outdoor beauty with the standard Nuance patio door with clear glass. It has a two-panel configuration with single-panel access. A dual-glazed thermal feature with a warm edge spacer keeps the glass border warmer and reduces condensation and decay. An exclusive gliding system provides effortless and quiet gliding on the exterior sliding doors. A heavy-duty gliding screen frame assembly keeps the fibreglass screen-mesh trampoline tight. Easily remove the gliding screen for storage in winter. Foam gaskets ensure joint seal consistency. High-fin weatherstrips provide smooth and airtight gliding. This double patio door has an interior and exterior PVC capping that's easy to clean and maintain. It requires no paint and protects the wood frame against edge damage. The door is eco-responsible and ENERGY STAR® certified, which ensures efficiency by up to 15%.

Where is the installation guide? I purchased a nuance patio door last week. There is no way to contact Nuance and nothing came with the patio doors. I have combed the internet and wasn't able to find anything. Please help.

Easy install
Great quality door, interior handle was damaged when it showed up,but they sent a new after finally getting some from rona who knew how to figure out a warranty claim. And delivery was messed up, just stay away from the belleville store.

Le verrouillage au seuil n'est pas aligné avec la porte donc impossible de l'utiliser à moins d'agrandir le trou de la pièce fixée au seuil. Également la finition du cadre en bois et en pvc laisse à désirer.

Best sliding doors so far
I have bought and installed five of these doors so far this summer and will definitely be buying more. These doors slide, adjust, seal, lock and install excellent; that is why I am ordering six more for a sun room project. Anyone who tells you they had a professional install them and it didn't work is because a professional they were not, blaming the product is an excuse for being unprofessional.

Do not buy
After paying to get this professionally installed. Door does is perfectly set and square. However, the door will not lock properly unless you reef on it to line it up. Door lock and locking mechanism are 1/8" off. You'll love this door so long as you can hire a strong person to close and lock your door with two hands any time you open it.
