Description
Use this Eaton Cooper receptacle for commercial placement. It measures 4.19 in L x 1.3 in W x 0.87 in H. The 20 amp single receptacle offers 125 volts and allows #12-10 AWG wires. It consists of white thermoplastic, nylon, galvanized steel and brass for longevity. The tamper resistant single receptacle has RoHS compliance.
- Heavy duty grade receptacles are designed and built for heavier use and feature enhanced ground contacts
- The face and back body are made of a durable impact-resistant thermoplastic material which is also chemical-resistant
- Terminal screws are backed out and ready to wire
- Side-wire terminals accept up to #10 AWG solid-wire
- Screw-catch feature on duplex devices speeds mounting of wall plates
- Extra long and extra wide mounting straps
- Features safety shutter system that prevents the insertion of foreign objects into the receptacle openings
- The safety shutters will only open when a two-bladed plug presses simultaneously against two shutters
- Features automatic grounding system that eliminates the need for bonding jumper in grounded metal enclosure and provides a redundant measure of ground continuity where a jumper is used
