Weather box with self-testing, tamper resistant GFCI with 15 A/125 V receptacle. Automatic grounding system eliminates the need for bonding jumper in grounded metal enclosure. Equipped with an easy to use test/reset button for a larger unobstructed area. This tamper-resistant receptacle prevents the insertion of a foreign object. Covered by a 2-year warranty.

This is meant for exterior use. But no instructions re box attachment to the building. Does the box get mounted outside the wall cavity or inside the wall cavity? How? There are no holes in the box for that purpose. At $40, it's poorly explained.
